SECTION 22 - RETURN POLICY
If your order arrives and the goods are damaged or faulty or If your order arrives and you are missing a product/s or you received something other than what you ordered, please contact our customer service team on email hettiesorders@gmail.com, and we will be happy to arrange for a refund or replacement or correct your order.
You will be required to send us an image of the goods, or we may request that you assist us to collect the goods in order to substantiate your claim before we issue a refund or replacement. You must contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods in order for us to validate your claim.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note that this policy applies only to items purchased on www.hetties.com? Webstore will not accept returns for products purchased on third-party websites or any retail store.
Items that cannot be returned are earrings jewellery. Please note we will not allow refunds or exchanges of clearance or sale items and we will not allow refunds or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
Please note that our stores do not offer refunds for any returns, including online. If you would like a refund for an online purchase you must send it back to our distribution centre. We do not do exchanges - we will refund you and you can place a new order for the desired item.
HETTIE'S Rock & Crystal Shop will fulfil its obligations in relation to any good under warranty and/or faulty goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act but please be advised that we do not accept returns on purchases made in-store in "change-of-mind" situations.
